• Items must be in their original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a book for the same title, contact us at circletimereads@gmail.com.

Refunds

• Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days to your original method of payment.

Shipping

• You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included.
